This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how 1Community (“1Community,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, and disclose, and otherwise process your personal information when you visit our website (hereinafter “Site”); our in-person interactions with you (e.g., at one of our in-person events, etc.) and our other interactions with you (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy is not, however, a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations. When we use the term “Personal Information” in this Notice, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you or your household. It does not include aggregated or de-identified information that is not reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to you.
We value your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please read this Policy carefully, because by using the Services, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Policy, and consent to the manner in which we may collect, use, and disclose the information described herein. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

SOURCES OF INFORMATION

MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
You can opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communications from us at any time. Note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communications from us, you will still receive non-marketing or transactional messages from us, including messages in response to your inquiries. To opt out of receiving our marketing and promotional communications, you can take the following actions:
- Text Messages: From time to time, our Site may have a link for you to sign up to receive text messages. If at any time you no longer wish to receive text messages from us, you may opt by replying “Stop” to any message. CHILDREN PRIVACY
Our Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. If we discover that we inadvertently collected Personal Information from anyone under 18, we will make reasonable efforts to delete it.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
The Site is directed only to U.S. consumers.
